[Why]
If an OPP is used for a different OPTC without first being disconnected
from the previous OPTC, unexpected behaviour can occur. This also
applies to phantom pipes, which is what the current logic missed.
[How]
Disconnect OPPs from OPTC for phantom pipes before disabling OTG master.
Also move the disconnection to before the OTG master disable, since the
register is double buffered.

A hang was observed where a read-modify-write access occurred due to the
register for idle state being shared between DMCUB and driver.
dmcub read - idle allow / no commit
driver read - idle allow / no commit
driver write - idle disallow / no commit
dmcub write - idle allow / commit
Resulting in DMCUB re-entering IPS after a disable and keeping the allow
high.
[How]
Long term we need to split commit/allow into two registers or use shared
DRAM state, but short term we can reduce the repro rate by ensuring that
the disallow went through by bounding the expected worst case scenario.

In DCN32/321 FPO uses per-pipe P-State force. If there is no plane, then
then HUBP is power gated, in which case any programming in HUBP has no
effect and the pipe is always asserting P-State allow. This is contrary
to what we want to happen for FPO (FW should moderate the P-State
assertion), so block FPO if there's no plane for the FPO pipe.

[Description]
There is a corner case where the symclk otg flag is cleared
when disabling the phantom pipe for subvp (because the phantom
and main pipe share the same link). This is undesired because
we need the maintain the correct symclk otg flag state for
the main pipe.
For now only clear the flag only for HDMI signal type, since
it's only set for HDMI signal type (phantom is virtual). The
ideal solution is to not clear it if the stream is phantom but
currently there's a bug that doesn't allow us to do this. Once
this issue is fixed the proper fix can be implemented.

[Why]
We can hang in place trying to send commands when the DMCUB isn't
powered on.
[How]
We need to exit out of the idle state prior to sending a command,
but the process that performs the exit also invokes a command itself.
Fixing this issue involves the following:
1. Using a software state to track whether or not we need to start
the process to exit idle or notify idle.
It's possible for the hardware to have exited an idle state without
driver knowledge, but entering one is always restricted to a driver
allow - which makes the SW state vs HW state mismatch issue purely one
of optimization, which should seldomly be hit, if at all.
2. Refactor any instances of exit/notify idle to use a single wrapper
that maintains this SW state.
This works simialr to dc_allow_idle_optimizations, but works at the
DMCUB level and makes sure the state is marked prior to any notify/exit
idle so we don't enter an infinite loop.
3. Make sure we exit out of idle prior to sending any commands or
waiting for DMCUB idle.
This patch takes care of 1/2. A future patch will take care of wrapping
DMCUB command submission with calls to this new interface.

[Description]
For mode programming we want to extend the prefetch as much as possible
(up to oto, or as long as we can for equ) if we're not already applying
the 60us prefetch requirement. This is to avoid intermittent underflow
issues during prefetch.
The prefetch extension is applied under the following scenarios:
1. We're in prefetch mode 1 (i.e. we don't support MCLK switch in blank)
2. We're using subvp or drr methods of p-state switch, in which case we
we don't care if prefetch takes up more of the blanking time
Mode programming typically chooses the smallest prefetch time possible
(i.e. highest bandwidth during prefetch) presumably to create margin between
p-states / c-states that happen in vblank and prefetch. Therefore we only
apply this prefetch extension when p-state in vblank is not required (UCLK
p-states take up the most vblank time).

We use spatial dither by default for all output bpc (6/8/10). While it
makes some sense for FP16, for ARGB2101010 surfaces it makes little
sense as even if we skip color pipeline to preserve bit accuracy,
spatial dither adds random noise so a few percent pixels are 1 bit off.
This commit chages the 10bpc out dither policy to rounding.
Also, in Polaris/Vega times, policy used to be round for 10bpc out; it
looks like it got inadvertently changed for Navi. Difference is only
detectable with capture cards.

The new table doesn't have an implicit mapping between Fclk SOC voltage

The DML table in use is not correct for functionality or power and
does not align with our existing policies for DCN3x.
[How]
Build the table based on DcfClock with the following assumptions:
1. Raising Soc voltage is the most expensive operation, so assume that
running at max DispClock or DppClock is preferable.
2. Assume that we can run at max Fclk / MemClk at any state, but
restrict the maximum state to the very last entry in the table as the
worst case scenario.

table specifies something lower.

Extract temp drm mst deallocation wa into its own function")
Now it's time to remove the workaround and adjust the flow.
[How]
During deallocate_mst_payload(), source actually doesn't send out
ALLOCATE_PAYLOAD at the end as like the flow in allocate_mst_payload().
Call function dm_helpers_dp_mst_send_payload_allocation() at the end of
deallocate_mst_payload() is a bit confusing.
Separate dm_helpers_dp_mst_send_payload_allocation() into 2 functions.

When building ARCH=x86_64 allmodconfig with clang, which will typically
have sanitizers enabled, there is a warning about a large stack frame.
drivers/gpu/drm/amd/amdgpu/../display/dc/dml2/display_mode_core.c:6265:13: error: stack frame size (2520) exceeds limit (2048) in 'dml_prefetch_check' [-Werror,-Wframe-larger-than]
6265 | static void dml_prefetch_check(struct display_mode_lib_st *mode_lib)
| ^
1 error generated.
Notably, GCC 13.2.0 does not do too much of a better job, as it is right
at the current limit of 2048 (and others have reported being over with
older GCC versions):
drivers/gpu/drm/amd/amdgpu/../display/dc/dml2/display_mode_core.c: In function 'dml_prefetch_check':
drivers/gpu/drm/amd/amdgpu/../display/dc/dml2/display_mode_core.c:6705:1: error: the frame size of 2048 bytes is larger than 1800 bytes [-Werror=frame-larger-than=]
6705 | }
| ^
In the past, these warnings have been avoided by reducing the number of
parameters to various functions so that not as many arguments need to be
passed on the stack. However, these patches take a good amount of effort
to write despite being mechanical due to code structure and complexity
and they are never carried forward to new generations of the code so
that effort has to be expended every new hardware generation, which
becomes harder to justify as time goes on.
To avoid having a noticeable or lengthy breakage in all{mod, yes}config,
which are easy testing targets that have -Werror enabled, increase the
limit for configurations that have KASAN or KCSAN enabled by 50% so that
cases of extremely poor code generation can still be caught while not
breaking the majority of builds. CONFIG_KMSAN also causes high stack
usage but the frame limit is already set to zero when it is enabled,
which is accounted for by the check for CONFIG_FRAME_WARN=0 in the dml2
Makefile.
