- Convert lattice,ice40-fpga-mgr, apm,xgene-storm-dma, brcm,sr-thermal,
amazon,al-thermal, brcm,ocotp, mt8173-mdp, Actions Owl SPS, Marvell

description and fixes some RISC-V platforms.
