Shuah Khan ecfe6870ab selftests:timers: remove local CLOCKID defines
timers tests defines CLOCKIDs locally. Remove all local CLOCKIDs except
CLOCK_HWSPECIFIC and use defines from time.h header file.

CLOCK_HWSPECIFIC and CLOCK_SGI_CYCLE are the same and CLOCK_SGI_CYCLE
is deprecated,

Shuah Khan 80fa614e2f selftests: timers: Remove local NSEC_PER_SEC and USEC_PER_SEC defines
Remove local NSEC_PER_SEC and USEC_PER_SEC defines. Pick them up from
include/vdso/time64.h. This requires -I $(top_srcdir) to the timers
Makefile to include the include/vdso/time64.h.

posix_timers test names the defines NSECS_PER_SEC and USECS_PER_SEC.
Change posix_timers test references to the defines to match the
defines in the header file.

Wolfram Sang 2d87048acb selftests: timers: nanosleep: adapt to kselftest framework
So we have proper counters at the end of a test, e.g.:
  # Totals: pass:4 fail:0 xfail:0 xpass:0 skip:8 error:0

Kees Cook fe48319243 selftests/timers: Add missing fflush(stdout) calls
When running under a pipe, some timer tests would not report output in
real-time because stdout flushes were missing after printf()s that lacked
a newline. This adds them to restore real-time status output that humans
can enjoy.

Shuah Khan b841065043 selftests: timers: drop support for !KTEST case
There is no need to keep timers tests in sync with external timers
repo. Drop support for !KTEST to support for building and running
timers tests without kselftest framework.

Ben Hutchings c1ee48315d selftests: Add missing #include directives
Several C programs fail to include the headers declaring all the
functions they call, resulting in warnings or errors.

After this, memfd_test.c is still missing some function declarations
but can't easily get them because of a conflict between
<linux/fcntl.h> and <sys/fcntl.h>.

John Stultz 689f32fbb8 selftests/timers: Add nanosleep test from timetest suite
Add my basic nanosleep test from my timetest suite.
This test validates that nanosleep doesn't return early
against a number of clockids.
