Lucien.Jheng 6b9c9def95 net: phy: air_en8811h: Introduce resume/suspend and clk_restore_context to ensure correct CKO settings after network interface reinitialization.
If the user reinitializes the network interface, the PHY will reinitialize,
and the CKO settings will revert to their initial configuration(be enabled).
To prevent CKO from being re-enabled,
en8811h_clk_restore_context and en8811h_resume were added
to ensure the CKO settings remain correct.

Lucien.Jheng ba5560e53d net: phy: air_en8811h: Add clk provider for CKO pin
EN8811H outputs 25MHz or 50MHz clocks on CKO, selected by GPIO3.
CKO clock operates continuously from power-up through md32 loading.
Implement clk provider driver so we can disable the clock output in case
it isn't needed, which also helps to reduce EMF noise

Christophe JAILLET b01b59a4fa net: phy: Constify struct mdio_device_id
'struct mdio_device_id' is not modified in these drivers.

Constifying these structures moves some data to a read-only section, so
increase overall security.

On a x86_64, with allmodconfig, as an example:
Before:
======
   text data bss dec hex	filename

Al Viro 5f60d5f6bb move asm/unaligned.h to linux/unaligned.h
asm/unaligned.h is always an include of asm-generic/unaligned.h;
might as well move that thing to linux/unaligned.h and include
that - there's nothing arch-specific in that header.

Daniel Golle 87bfdbbb19 net: phy: air_en8811h: reset netdev rules when LED is set manually
Setting LED_OFF via brightness_set should deactivate hw control, so make
sure netdev trigger rules also get cleared in that case.
This fixes unwanted restoration of the default netdev trigger rules and
matches the behaviour when using the 'netdev' trigger without any
hardware offloading.

Eric Woudstra 71e7943011 net: phy: air_en8811h: Add the Airoha EN8811H PHY driver
Add the driver for the Airoha EN8811H 2.5 Gigabit PHY. The phy supports
100/1000/2500 Mbps with auto negotiation only.

The driver uses two firmware files, for which updated versions are added to
linux-firmware already.

Note: At phy-address + 8 there is another device on the mdio bus, that
belongs to the EN881H. While the original driver writes to it, Airoha
has confirmed this is not needed. Therefore, communication with this
device is not included in this driver.
