powerpc: dts: t1040rdb: fix ports names for Seville Ethernet switch
On board rev A, the network interface labels for the switch ports
written on the front panel are different than on rev B and later.
This patch fixes network interface names for the switch ports according
to labels that are written on the front panel of the board rev B.
They start from ETH3 and end at ETH10.
This patch also introduces a separate device tree for rev A.
The main device tree is supposed to cover rev B and later.

"spidev" is not a real device, but a Linux implementation detail. It has never been documented either. The kernel has WARNed on the use of it for over 6 years. Time to remove its usage from the tree. powerpc/boot/dts: Fix dtc "pciex" warnings
With CONFIG_OF_ALL_DTBS=y, as set by eg. allmodconfig, we see lots of warnings about our dts files, such as: arch/powerpc/boot/dts/glacier.dts:492.26-532.5: Warning (pci_bridge): /plb/pciex@d00000000: node name is not "pci" or "pcie" The node name should not particularly matter, it's just a name, and AFAICS there's no kernel code that cares whether nodes are *named* "pciex" or "pcie". So shutup these warnings by converting to the name dtc wants. As always there's some risk this could break something obscure that does rely on the name, in which case we can revert. powerpc updates for 5.6
- Implement user_access_begin() and friends for our platforms that support
controlling kernel access to userspace.
- Enable CONFIG_VMAP_STACK on 32-bit Book3S and 8xx.
- Some tweaks to our pseries IOMMU code to allow SVMs ("secure" virtual
machines) to use the IOMMU.
- Add support for CLOCK_{REALTIME/MONOTONIC}_COARSE to the 32-bit VDSO, and
some other improvements.
- A series to use the PCI hotplug framework to control opencapi card's so that
they can be reset and re-read after flashing a new FPGA image.
As well as other minor fixes and improvements as usual.

Change all phy-connection-type properties to phy-mode that are better supported by the fman driver. Use the more readable fixed-link node for the 2 sgmii links. Change the RGMII link to rgmii-id as the clock delays are added by the phy.
