Kamlakant Patel ff71880006 gpio: xlp: GPIO controller for Netlogic XLP SoCs 
Add GPIO controller driver for Netlogic XLP MIPS64 SOCs.

This driver is instantiated by device tree and supports interrupts
for GPIOs.
