power: supply: Add driver for Pegatron Chagall battery
The Pegatron Chagall is an Android tablet utilizing a customized Cypress CG7153AM microcontroller (MCU) as its battery fuel gauge. It supports a single-cell battery and features a dual-color charging LED.
