hwmon: (npcm750-pwm-fan) Remove an unused field in struct npcm7xx_cooling_device 

In "struct npcm7xx_cooling_device", the 'fan_clk_freq' field is unused.
Remove it.

Found with cppcheck, unusedStructMember.
