fprobe: Use ftrace_regs in fprobe entry handler

This allows fprobes to be available with CONFIG_DYNAMIC_FTRACE_WITH_ARGS
instead of CONFIG_DYNAMIC_FTRACE_WITH_REGS, then we can enable fprobe
on arm64.
